For surface treatments using cathodic dip, priming and powder coating, the machinery is designed for assemblies of the following sizes:

Steel surfaces are de-greased in alkaline baths, then nickel-free zinc-phosphated and chrome-free passivated before coating. A range of pre-treatment programs including optional spray chromate greasing and chrome-free spray passivation are available for aluminium surfaces depending on their subsequent use.

The black (similar to RAL 9005) heavy metal-free cathodic dip priming in use is a so called variable cathodic dip material with adjustable layer thickness is between 10 and 40 µm which ensures the highest possible corrosion protection. We have product approval from the automobile, commercial vehicle and agricultural industries available for this product variation.

Powder equipment equipped with the most modern technology mostly uses polyester powder coatings, which are available in all RAL colours and partially in special colours.
